Public open houses encourage people who may not have a real estate broker to see your property. Sometimes people prefer to look without the pressure of an agent. Our public open houses give them a chance to see your home in a more relaxed manner.
Broker Open Houses
Our broker open houses include a catered lunch or other forms of refreshment and provide an opportunity for members of The Vail Board of Realtors to familiarize themselves with your home. It's also an opportunity for us to obtain feedback from other professionals about your property's position in the market.
