Mary is pleased to be a part of the Sonnenalp Real
Estate team. She has lived in the Vail Valley since 1980 and loves all
that mountain life has to offer. As a long-time local, Mary’s
familiarity of the area has proven to be a welcome benefit to her
clients. Combining that with her background in law, Mary offers a
wealth of knowledge to her clients. Mary prides herself in her
professionalism, listening and responding to her clients’ needs, and
ultimately getting the job done to meet her clients’ expectations.
Mary
holds a B.S. degree in journalism from the University of Colorado, and
a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. She is a licensed
attorney who has practiced law for 14 years and continues to practice
transactional law. A Realtor since 2003, Mary works with local
residents, second homeowners and newcomers, providing expert advice and
guidance.
Mary and her husband, Bob “HB,” live in Wildridge in
Avon. Mary is an avid skier and bicyclist, a struggling golfer, and all
around outdoor enthusiast (when she’s not hard at work). Mary looks
forward to meeting and working with you on your next real estate
venture, whether it is selling property, searching for a new home, or
even both.
