Julie has lived in the Vail Valley for over 12 years and has distinguished herself as a prominent and widely respected real estate professional that is committed to providing superior service. She attributes her success and reputation to honesty, personal integrity, and a sincere concern for her clients.

Her prior experience in Denver as a business owner in the health care industry for 11 years as well as her familiarity with the Vail Valley, contribute to her appreciation and understanding of an ever-changing market.

With continuing education an important priority, Julie holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute) Designations from the National Association of Realtors. The CRS Designation is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. This Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. She is currently enrolled in the MRE (Masters of Real Estate) Program.

She has also received the Platinum Service Award for Outstanding Customer Service for the Vail Valley Chamber & Tourism Bureau for the last 3 years.

Julie's love of the outdoors keeps her busy skiing, hiking, biking, and playing golf. Last Fall she accomplished one of her "life goals" by summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
