On behalf of our sellers, we have held art shows and fashion shows in some of our elegant listings and, at the other end of the spectrum, we have hosted a hoedown at one of our historic ranch listings. Activities such as these engage prospective buyers and enable them to interact with the home or ranch in a more specific and personal way.
